I am a certified trauma therapist
and lead from a person-centered approach,
focusing on building a relationship with my clients and their families as a foundation for the work they will do in therapy.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I am a recent transplant to Alaska, moving here from Montana to be closer to my kids and grandkids. I enjoy the beauty of Alaska by camping, four-wheeling, and other outdoor activities.
I provide Administrative Support to our team.
I volunteer in the office part time
assisting with whatever needs I can.
I am often seen creating crafts,
copying coloring sheets, or making diamond dot
stickers for art therapy.
I get the pleasure of testing all new craft supplies
and tools for product review and safety.
Crafting is one of my favorite past times
and I get to enjoy it frequently in our office.
